In this article about the court case of Andre against JRC restraining him and shocking him 31 times in 7 hours some very notable things where mentioned about JRC and how they treat people.
The article actually starts here http://autisticadvocacy.org/2012/04/the-judge-rotenberg-center-on-trial-part-one/ but i only read the 3rd webpage.
Behaviors that would be punished by electrical shock included “handclapping, talking out of turn, nagging and talking to himself”.
He was also shocked for tensing up.
While Andre was restrained the staff “at one point, removing his pants in order to put him in a diaper.”
It’s sure is sad and disturbing how they treat people at this place.
How do these people sleep at night?
How do you shock someone for such minor behaviors and think it’s OK?
I hope they realize what they’ve done and there conscience eats at them.
